The most inadequate sentence in the English language - indeed, any language is "Thank you."  Never can you say it with enough feeling, enough sincerity, nor can you convey in facial expression or body language that you are indeed grateful for the service rendered, kindness shown, production excellence, extraordinary achievement and any of a host of reasons that an individual or a company might find to be thankful for. 

To simultaneously recognize an individual's effort, say "thank you," provide an extraordinary travel experience and build a chest of memories which motivate, cement corporate loyalty and ultimately bring rewards in far greater ratio to the company is a no-brainer, win-win situation.
